– Maremma May Day (Braccagni – Tuscany – Grosseto). One of the most popular appointment of the province, each years involves an audience from all the provinces of Tuscany. The Maremma May Day, organized by the Group Traditions “Galli Silvestro” in collaboration with the APT and sponsored by the province of Grosseto, is held in the beautiful olive grove of Campo della Fiera di Braccagni where during the afternoon of the 1st of May groups of “maggerini” entertain the audience with traditional songs.
– Spring Day (Castiglione Della Pescaia – Tuscany – Grosseto). The next 1st of May the province of Grosseto, in Castiglione della Pecaia, will host the Spring Day. The festival starts with a procession to bless the agricultural area and goes on with the opening of the food stands where you can taste typical dishes and products. Audience can take part of excursions into the area on horseback, by jeep, quad or bike… just a question of choosing the right vehicle!
